Horizon Endurance aims to empower athletes of all kind! From chasing cutoffs to PRs, conquering 50 milers to 5ks, training 1 hour per week to 20; Horizon Endurance uses science based principles to treat every athlete like a professional while approaching training as a component of health as a larger context.
My name is Ian Lah and I am a Pre-Medicine student at Indiana University. I ran XC and T&F in High School and currently compete Independently and with the Run Club at Indiana University. I love hiking, photography, being outdoors, and obviously running!
